Most of YouTube is absolute nonsense, and a lot of it is someone trying to sell you a course. But dig a little and it’s a gold mine of real people explaining the policies, processes and procedures they actually use, and a brilliant place to spark ideas. The trick is getting past the noise. Fill in the four boxes, copy the prompt, and let your own AI do the digging.

1 Tell us what you want to learn

Example: organising my working day, priorities, email, meetings, notes and to-do list using AI.

Example: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. Leave blank if it does not matter.

Example: an experienced business owner, CEO, COO, CIO, senior manager or corporate professional.

Keep it general. Do not include client names or private details.
